The Aurora Pooling software from Sanguin provides the ultimate in controlling and resolving the NAT/PCR process.

Operating as part of the Sanguin Aurora system it can take requests from your LIS and provide this as worklisting informationto your sample pipettor (e.g. Tecan, Hamilton).

Pool results are imported into Aurora from your PCR instrumentation (e.g. Roche, Chiron) where the pools are automatically resolved based on your pooling criteria. Reactive pools can then be sub-divided into sub-pools, x-pools or single sample testing based on your pooling criteria. Instrument worklists are automatically generated while negative sample results are released to your LIS.
