FC-BIOS's history began in 1985 when the Company's founder,
Mr. Lim You Seng, began a modest operation distributing laboratory
filtration products. With filtration products like blotting membranes,
then began a period of active, focused marketing, and an organizational
growth that coincided with the then boon in ' molecular' approach
to life science research. Reagents, biological and instruments for
Molecular Biology is today a core business unit.
FC-BIOS has since grown substantially employing 30 people and operating
from a 1,200 Sq M premise of which 720 Sq M is for inventory warehousing.
The Company's distribution operation now covers an expanded range,
representing manufacturers who are leaders in their respective field
of specialization.
